Fort Cavazos' Adopt-A-School program supports 9 school districts and 118 schools in the central Texas area, with Lampasas ISD being one of them. The 15th Military Intelligence Battalion is the adopted unit for Lampasas Middle School. The program contributes military resources and services to schools in order to nurture the intellectual, emotional, social and physical growth of children in the greater Fort Cavazos Area.
